Engineered for heavy-duty meat, produce, and seafood prep, the John Boos 108" Poly Top Trimming Table pairs an NSF-approved food-safe cutting surface with a rugged, fully welded stainless steel base that’s built to survive daily commercial abuse.

  • 300 Series Stainless Steel Frame – 1-1/2" square tubing with #4 satin polish for superior corrosion resistance.
  • Side & Rear Bracing – 1-1/4" round stainless tubing adds lateral strength.
  • Adjustable Stainless Bullet Feet level the table on uneven floors without trapping debris.

Care & Maintenance

  • Clean HDPE top with mild soap & hot water; avoid chlorine bleach.
  • For stainless components, wipe daily with non-chloride cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend.
  • Always scrub and dry in the direction of the grain/polish lines to maintain the #4 satin finish.
  • Use soft cloths or plastic scouring pads—never steel wool or wire brushes.
Important: Prolonged contact with salt or chlorides can attack stainless steel. Rinse and dry surfaces promptly after exposure.
