Built for serious prep work, the John Boos TC-1 Trimming Table pairs a rugged stainless steel base with a food-safe high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cutting surface that pops out for fast sanitation or replacement. It ships fully welded and ready to power through your busiest shift.
