120" W × 30" D work table with removable 6" backsplashEngineered for high–volume meat, seafood, and produce prep, the John Boos TC014 Trimming Table pairs a rugged ¾" reversible HDPE work surface with an all-welded type 300 stainless steel frame. The result is an NSF-listed workstation that stands up to aggressive daily use while remaining easy to sanitize and maintain.

- ¾" thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top—food-safe, non-porous, and reversible for double the service life.
- 6" removable stainless steel backsplash contains splatter and can be lifted off for deep cleaning.
- All-welded type 300 stainless steel base, legs, and side/rear bracing deliver maximum rigidity right out of the box—no on-site assembly required.
- Six 1 ⅝" Ø, 16 GA stainless steel legs (units 7 ft and longer) with 1" adjustable bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
- Top is secured with welded stainless clips and can be removed quickly for sink-side washdown or replacement.
