Care & Cleaning
- Wipe HDPE top with mild, non-chloride detergent and hot water after each use.
- For stainless surfaces, clean along the polish lines using soft towels or plastic scouring pads.
- Avoid steel wool, wire brushes and abrasive cleaners containing chlorides.
- Rinse and dry thoroughly to preserve the protective stainless “passive” film and discourage corrosion.
- Restore shine with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner or food-safe mineral oil.
