Care & Maintenance

Preserve the chromium-oxide “self-healing” film by cleaning with non-chloride, non-abrasive cleansers and wiping parallel to the grain. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. For restoration and shine, use John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.
