- 16 ga Type 300 stainless steel flat top with #4 satin polish
- 1 ½" Stallion Safety Edge on front & rear for comfort and extra rigidity
- 90° turndown on both sides for flush line-up with adjoining equipment
- Full-length 1" × 2" box-channel reinforcement with sound-deadening tape
- Six 1 5⁄8" Ø 16 ga stainless steel legs (units 7 ft & longer) for maximum stability
- Side & rear welded bracing made from 1 ¼" Ø 18 ga stainless tubing
- 1" adjustable stainless bullet feet level the table on uneven floors
- TIG-welded construction; exposed welds polished to match adjacent surfaces
- NSF & CSA-Sanitation certified for food-contact environments
