Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, the 12-ft John Boos Stallion work table delivers an ultra-strong, easy-to-sanitize preparation surface that stands up to years of daily service. A heavy 14-gauge Type 300 stainless top, reinforced Stallion Safety Edge, and six-leg stainless base provide rock-solid stability while the 5" riser shields walls and equipment from mess.
