A heavy 14-gauge Type 300 stainless steel top is matched with the signature 1-½" Stallion Safety Edge front and an integrated 1-½" rear riser to keep tools, ingredients, and splashes where they belong. Every seam is TIG-welded and polished for a smooth, easy-sanitizing surface straight out of the box.
