Care & maintenance

Preserve the satin finish and corrosion-resistant “passive” layer by cleaning with non-chloride, non-abrasive cleaners such as Bar Keepers Friend and polishing with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner. Always wipe in the direction of the grain and rinse away any chemicals promptly.
