Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the John Boos Stallion Work Table pairs a rugged 14-gauge stainless-steel top with a factory-welded stainless base. A 1½-inch rear backsplash keeps walls clean, while the signature Stallion Safety Edge front delivers operator comfort and strength. Arriving fully welded and NSF / CSA-Sanitation listed, this 72" × 24" table is ready to drop into service the moment it lands on your dock.
