Engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens, the John Boos Stallion Series work table combines a heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless work surface with a fully welded stainless base, giving you an ultra-stable, sanitary platform for prep, plating or equipment support.

• 1-1/2" Stallion Safety Edge on front for comfort and spill control
• 1-1/2" rear up-turn backsplash keeps ingredients and splashes contained
• 90° turndown on both sides for flush line-up with adjoining equipment
• Box-channel reinforcement (1" × 2") with sound-deadening tape
• TIG-welded seams; exposed welds polished to match surrounding finish
• Six 1-5/8" Ø, 16-ga stainless steel legs (units 7 ft and longer)
• Welded, fixed 18-ga stainless steel undershelf for added storage
• 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for quick, wobble-free leveling
