Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the John Boos Stallion Work Table delivers rock-solid strength, NSF-listed sanitation, and decades of worry-free service. A heavy 14-gauge, type 300 stainless steel top with the signature Stallion Safety Edge provides a comfortable work surface that resists abuse and cleans up fast. At 7 ft. long this unit ships with six stainless steel legs and a welded undershelf for maximum rigidity and a 1,500 lb. evenly-distributed load rating.
