Care & Maintenance

• Wood top: Re-oil monthly with Boos Block® Mystery Oil; seal with Board Cream as needed. Clean with mild soap & water—never soak.
• Stainless frame: Wipe daily with non-chloride cleaner and soft cloth. Polish in the direction of the grain.
• Avoid abrasive pads or bleach to preserve finish and NSF certification.
