Wood Top Care
Re-oil the maple surface monthly (or whenever it appears dry) with food-grade mineral oil such as Boos Block® Mystery Oil. For a low-maintenance finish, upgrade to Varnique—the semi-gloss conversion varnish that wipes clean with mild soap and water.
Stainless Frame Care
Wipe daily with a soft cloth and non-chloride cleaner. For stubborn residue, use Bar Keepers Friend® following the grain, rinse, and polish with Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.
