1 ¾" Hard Rock Maple | Stainless Steel Base | NSF ListedEngineered for demanding commercial kitchens yet right at home in gourmet garages, studios or home remodels, this 8-ft John Boos work table marries the time-honored resilience of North American Hard Rock Maple with the strength and easy sanitation of Type 300 stainless steel.

- Spacious 96" W × 30" D work surface stands 35-1/4" high for ergonomic prep.
- 1 ¾" thick edge-grain maple top—oiled at the factory for a food-safe, reversible surface (optional Varnique conversion varnish available).
- (6) 1-5/8" Ø stainless steel legs (units 7 ft & longer) support extended spans without sagging.
- Side & rear bracing slide anywhere on the legs to dial-in extra rigidity or clearance for under-table equipment.
- Adjustable stainless steel bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
- Ships knocked-down (KD) to save on freight; assembles quickly with included hardware.

Care & Maintenance
- Condition the maple top monthly with Boos Block® Mystery Oil; seal with Boos Board Cream as needed.
- Clean the wood with mild dish soap & warm water—avoid soaking or using harsh chemicals.
- For stainless components, wipe daily with a non-chloride cleaner; polish along the grain to maintain the passive protective film.
