The Pro-Bowl 48" Soiled Dishtable pairs rugged 16 ga. type 300 stainless steel with John Boos’ signature craftsmanship to deliver a station that is easy to clean, built to last, and ready for the daily rush.

- 2-¼" front & side rolled edges for added strength and safety

Care & Maintenance
- Clean daily with a non-chloride, non-abrasive stainless cleaner or mild soap & water.
- Avoid steel wool or wire brushes; use soft cloths or plastic scouring pads only.
- Rinse and wipe dry after each use to maintain the protective chromium oxide film.
- For stubborn residue, apply Bar Keepers Friend following the grain, then rinse and polish.
