The Pro-Bowl straight soiled dishtable delivers John Boos’ legendary build quality in a space-saving 26" footprint. From its heavy-gauge stainless work surface to the perfectly formed 8"-deep bowl, every detail is designed to speed up your dishroom while meeting the toughest sanitation standards.

Care & Maintenance
  • Wipe down after each shift with clean water and a non-chloride cleanser (e.g. Bar Keepers Friend).
  • Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes or bleach that can damage the protective chromium film.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft towel to prevent hard-water spotting.
  • Restore shine periodically with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.
