Built for the punishing pace of busy ware-washing lines, the John Boos Pro-Bowl straight soiled dishtable delivers rock-solid durability, smooth workflow, and NSF-listed sanitation in one heavy-duty unit. A spacious 120" work surface slopes toward a generous 20" × 20" pre-rinse sink bowl, giving staff plenty of room to unload racks, scrape, and rinse before sending wares to the dishmachine on the right.
