The John Boos Pro-Bowl landing dishtable pairs a generous 10" stepped landing shelf with a built-in pre-rinse sink, all fabricated from rugged #4-polish 300-series stainless steel for unbeatable sanitation and durability.

- L-shaped layout: 70" machine side (to corner) × 96" clean-end run.
- Left-to-right flow guides racks straight into the dishmachine and back out to the clean table (sold separately).
- 10" wide stepped landing shelf allows easy rack staging before pre-rinse.
- 20" W × 20" F-B × 8" D die-stamped sink bowl slopes to a 3 ½" drain for rapid evacuation.
- 10" boxed backsplash with 45° cap & 2" return keeps walls dry.
