by John Boos – right-to-left operation, NSF ListedEngineered for high-volume commercial kitchens, the John Boos Pro-Bowl Soiled Dishtable creates an efficient dirty-dish landing zone that feeds directly into your warewasher. Its heavy-duty, 16-gauge 300 series stainless steel top and fully welded under-structure stand up to years of daily abuse while the ergonomic 10" landing shelf, integral sink bowl and boxed backsplash keep mess and moisture contained.
