Built for the Daily Grind
Every Pro-Bowl dishtable is engineered in Effingham, Illinois, where John Boos has been crafting commercial workstations since 1887. The result is equipment that stands up to corrosive detergents, high-volume shifts and constant blast from pre-rinse sprayers—shift after shift, year after year.
Care & Maintenance Tips
- Clean daily with mild, non-chloride detergents and a soft cloth.
- Wipe in the direction of the steel’s polish lines to maintain the satin finish.
- Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes or cleaners containing bleach.
- For stubborn stains, use Bar Keepers Friend®, rinse thoroughly and dry.
Following these steps preserves the protective chromium oxide film that keeps stainless steel corrosion-free.
