Built from heavy-duty 16 gauge, 300-series stainless steel, this L-shaped unit bridges your dishmachine and scrapping area while protecting surrounding walls and floors from messy overspray.

Care & Maintenance Tips

  • Clean daily with mild, non-chloride detergents and a soft cloth.
  • Wipe in the direction of the steel’s polish lines to maintain the satin finish.
  • Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes or cleaners containing bleach.
  • For stubborn stains, use Bar Keepers Friend®, rinse thoroughly and dry.

Following these steps preserves the protective chromium oxide film that keeps stainless steel corrosion-free.
