Engineered for busy commercial kitchens, the Pro-Bowl L-shaped soiled dishtable keeps dish racks moving smoothly into your warewasher while containing mess, moisture, and noise. Heavy-duty 16-gauge 300-series stainless steel, a 10" boxed backsplash, and NSF certification make this unit a long-term workhorse you can install in the center of the room as a true island.
