Engineered for fast-paced commercial kitchens, the John Boos Pro-Bowl soiled dishtable keeps dirty ware moving smoothly from the dish machine to the pre-rinse sink and on to the wash area. Built from premium 14 gauge stainless steel and finished with a sanitary #4 satin polish, it delivers NSF-listed hygiene in a rock-solid package that’s ready for years of daily abuse.

  • Right-to-left flow directs racks from the dish machine to the 16" × 20" × 8" deep pre-rinse bowl.
  • Full-length 10" high boxed backsplash with 45° top edge and 2" return prevents wall damage.
  • Rolled 2-1/4" front & side rim adds strength and keeps spills where they belong—inside the table.
  • Splash-mount faucet holes on 8" centers fit virtually any commercial pre-rinse assembly (faucet sold separately).
  • Bowl bottom die-stamped for a 3-1/2" drain; pitched for rapid water evacuation.
  • 1-5/8" ø stainless steel legs with welded cross-bracing and adjustable bullet feet for rock-solid stability.
  • All exposed corners are bull-nosed for a safer, more comfortable work edge.
