Built from extra-heavy 14-gauge, 300-series stainless steel, it delivers the durability a busy kitchen demands and the clean, professional look you expect from Boos.

Preserve the satin finish by cleaning with a soft cloth or plastic scouring pad and non-chloride cleanser such as Bar Keepers Friend. Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes, or bleach. Rinse, then wipe dry with the grain to maintain the protective chromium oxide layer that keeps your Boos table rust-free.
