14-ga 300 Series Stainless Steel • NSF ListedBuilt for the heaviest dishroom traffic, the John Boos Pro-Bowl Soiled Island Dishtable streamlines right-to-left ware flow while standing up to years of high-volume use. An extra-thick 14-gauge top, fully boxed backsplash, and bull-nosed safety edges combine to deliver the durability and sanitation today’s commercial kitchens demand.

- Island, L-shaped configuration: 60" from dish machine to corner, 96" from corner to end (overall 156").
- Right-to-left operation keeps soiled ware moving efficiently away from the dish machine.
- (1) 20" W × 20" F-B × 8" D pre-rinse sink bowl with die-stamped 3-½" drain opening.
- 10" high boxed backsplash with 45° top return and 2" turned-down rear lip for splash containment.
- Splash-mount faucet holes on 8" centers (faucet sold separately).
- 2-¼" rolled front and side edges; all outside corners are bull-nosed for safety and easy cleaning.
- 14-ga #4-satin-finish 300 series stainless steel top; TIG-welded and polished smooth.
