Heavy-Duty 14-Gauge Stainless Steel • Model ID 4814 • NSF ListedDesigned for high-volume operations, the John Boos Pro-Bowl L-shaped soiled dishtable streamlines warewashing flow while delivering the legendary durability food-service professionals expect from Boos.
- Island configuration with 60" run from dish machine to corner & 84" run from corner to end.
- Right-to-left operation keeps dirty ware moving efficiently toward the dish machine.
- (1) pre-rinse sink bowl – 20" W x 20" F/B x 8" D with die-stamped 3 ½" drain opening.
- 10" boxed backsplash with 45° 2" return contains splashes and protects surrounding walls.
- (2) pre-punched 1" faucet holes on 8" centers (splash-mount faucet sold separately).
- 2 ¼" rolled front & end edges for operator safety and added strength.
- 14-ga, 300-series stainless steel top (#4 satin finish) – TIG-welded & polished.
- 1 ⅝" Ø stainless steel legs with cross bracing & 1" adjustable stainless bullet feet.
- 44" overall height (34" working height + 10" backsplash).
- NSF certified for safe, sanitary commercial use.
