Built for the pace of busy dishrooms, the John Boos Pro-Bowl soiled island dishtable streamlines ware flow from drop-off to dish machine. All-stainless, TIG-welded construction and a space-saving L-shaped footprint deliver the durability, sanitation and efficiency today’s commercial kitchens demand.

  • Left-to-right workflow aligns perfectly with common door-type dish machines
  • 20" W × 20" F-B × 8" D pre-rinse sink bowl with 3 ½" die-stamped drain opening
  • 10" boxed backsplash with sanitary 45° 2" return and ½" turned-down rear lip
  • Splash-mount faucet holes on 8" centers  (faucet sold separately)
  • 2 ¼" front and end rolled rims eliminate sharp edges and contain splashes
  • 14-gauge, Type 300 stainless steel work surface with #4 satin polish
  • 1 ⅝" Ø stainless steel legs with welded cross-bracing and 1" adjustable bullet feet
