Built for high-volume warewashing lines, the John Boos Pro-Bowl island soiled dishtable streamlines the scrape-, rinse-, and load-process in one heavy-duty, free-standing unit. Its L-shaped footprint (60" from the machine to the corner, 72" from the corner to the end) keeps traffic moving while the premium 14-gauge stainless work surface shrugs off years of commercial abuse.
