Care & Maintenance
- Re-oil the surface with Boos Mystery Oil or equivalent every 3–4 weeks, or whenever the wood looks dry.
- For daily cleaning, remove debris with a scraper, wipe with a damp cloth, then dry completely.
- Avoid standing water and harsh chemicals; never place a hot pan directly on the wood.
Failure to maintain the oil finish can result in warping or cracking and will void NSF compliance.
