Care & Maintenance
- Re-oil every 3–4 weeks (or when dry) with John Boos Mystery Oil, then seal with Board Cream.
- Clean with mild soap & warm water; wipe dry immediately—do not soak or use harsh chemicals.
- Light scratches? Sand lightly with fine grit, wipe clean, and re-oil to restore the finish.
