• Re-oil the working surface every 3–4 weeks, or whenever wood appears dry.
• Use John Boos Mystery Oil and Board Cream for best results.
• Clean with mild soap & warm water; avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged standing water.
• Light sanding may be performed to remove deep scratches before re-oiling.
