Care & Maintenance

• Before first use and periodically thereafter, apply food-grade mineral oil or Boos Block® Mystery Oil to keep the wood hydrated.
• Clean with mild soap and warm water—never soak or place in dishwasher.
• Always wipe dry; allow top to air-dry completely before re-oiling.
• Maintain indoor humidity (35-50%) to minimize seasonal wood movement.

Regular oiling is required to maintain NSF certification and keep the top looking its best.
