Installation Notes

  • Ships as a standalone top; mounting hardware not included
  • Allow 1/8"–1/4" clearance on all sides for seasonal wood movement
  • Attach only from the underside using slotted brackets or washers that permit expansion
Important care tip: Re-oil the surface with John Boos Mystery Oil or an equivalent food-grade mineral oil at least once per month (or more in high-use environments) to maintain NSF sanitation and prevent drying or cracking.

Wood is a natural material. Grain pattern, color variation, and small knots are normal and make every John Boos top uniquely beautiful. Dimensional tolerance ±0.500".
