Hand-crafted by John Boos in Effingham, Illinois, the Rouge et Noir “Le Classique” table pairs the rich warmth of American Cherry with a striking noir base. At 35" counter height, it’s the perfect work-horse for serious cooking, plating, or casual dining.

Add-ons must be ordered with the table for factory installation.

Care & maintenance

• For day-to-day cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; dry immediately.
• Varnique finish is designed for light chopping and serving. Use a separate Boos cutting board for heavy knife work.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads which may dull the satin sheen.
• Apply Boos Block® Board Cream or Mystery Oil to any exposed end grain as needed.
