• Clean daily with non-chloride, non-abrasive cleaners and a soft cloth.
• Wipe in the direction of the stainless polish lines to preserve the passive protective film.
• Rinse and dry thoroughly—standing water or food acids can cause corrosion over time.
• Avoid steel wool, wire brushes and chlorine bleach.
• For stubborn stains, use Bar Keepers Friend followed by John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.
