Care & Maintenance
Maintain the natural luster and corrosion resistance of stainless steel with simple, routine care:
- Clean daily with mild detergent and a soft cloth; rinse and wipe dry.
- Always wipe in the direction of the grain to preserve the factory finish.
- Avoid chlorine bleach and abrasive pads; use non-chloride cleaners such as Bar Keepers Friend for stubborn spots.
- Polish periodically with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore sheen (sold separately).
Following these guidelines helps keep the chromium “passive film” intact for decades of reliable service.
