Precision-built from food-grade 16 GA stainless steel, it delivers the strength, cleanliness and long-term durability demanded by today’s busiest commercial kitchens.

- Stallion Safety Edge front & rear – 1 ½" 90° downturn with ½" break – protects hands, glassware and countertops.
- 16-gauge type 300 stainless steel resists corrosion and cleans in seconds.
- Integrated hat channel & included wall-mount brackets allow exact positioning and support walls up to 7 ½" thick.
- All TIG-welded; exposed welds are polished to match surrounding grain for a seamless, professional appearance.

Care & maintenance
- Wipe daily with mild dish soap and a soft cloth, following the grain.
- Avoid chlorine bleach or cleaners containing chlorides.
- For tough stains, use Bar Keepers Friend on a wet plastic scouring pad, rinse and dry immediately.
- Restore shine with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner/Polish.
