This 12-foot John Boos pass-thru shelf creates a continuous landing area that can be accessed from both sides of the wall—perfect for plating, expo, or pick-up lines in busy commercial kitchens.

Care & Maintenance
- Clean daily with a soft cloth or sponge and a non-chloride cleanser.
- Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes, or bleach—these can damage the protective stainless layer.
- For stubborn stains, apply Bar Keepers Friend with a damp Scotch-Brite 7447 pad, rub with the grain, rinse, and dry.
- Finish with John Boos Stainless Steel Polish to restore a showroom-worthy sheen.
Proper cleaning preserves the chromium-oxide film that keeps stainless steel corrosion-free.
