Model PTS16K-1896 • 16-Gauge Type 300 Stainless SteelBridge the kitchen and serving area with rugged reliability. This John Boos pass-through shelf delivers nearly eight feet of NSF-listed staging space while its trademark Stallion Safety Edge protects plates, hands, and product alike. Built from 16-gauge stainless steel and supplied with heavy-duty wall brackets, it is ready for quick installation on walls up to 10 inches thick.

- Stallion Safety Edge front & back: 1 ½" 90° down turn with ½" 45° return to reduce chipping and improve strength.

Installation Notes
- Mounting hardware for specific wall construction (stud, masonry, etc.) is field-supplied.
- Level shelf and secure through pre-punched bracket holes for maximum load capacity.
- Allow minimum 3 ½" clearance below shelf for bracket support.
Care & Maintenance
- Clean routinely with a soft cloth, warm water, and non-chloride detergent; rinse and wipe dry.
- Avoid bleach, wire brushes, or steel wool to preserve the passive stainless film.
- For stubborn residue, use a non-chloride polish such as Bar Keepers Friend followed by John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.
