Engineered from 16 gauge type 300 stainless steel and finished with the signature Stallion Safety Edge, it installs securely between walls up to 10 inches thick, creating a convenient pass-through for dishes, ingredients, and smallwares.

Care & Maintenance
- Clean routinely with a soft cloth or sponge and a non-chloride stainless cleanser.
- Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes, or cleaners containing bleach to preserve the passive film.
- Wipe along the polish lines and dry after cleaning to prevent water spots and corrosion.
- For stubborn grease or surface rust, use Bar Keepers Friend on a wet Scotch-Brite 7447 pad, rinse, dry, and finish with a stainless polish.
