For maximum strength and to preserve NSF compliance, a rear mounting bracket must be factory installed on your John Boos table. Once delivered, the rack bolts to the bracket in minutes—no ceiling support, drilling or specialty tools required.

Care & Maintenance

• Clean regularly with a soft cloth and a non-chloride stainless cleanser.
• Always wipe in the direction of the polish lines.
• Avoid steel wool, wire brushes or bleach-based products.
• For stubborn residue, use Bar Keepers Friend, rinse, then polish with John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.

Proper care preserves the chromium-oxide film that keeps stainless steel looking like new.
