Care & Maintenance
- Clean after each use with mild soap and warm water; wipe dry.
- Re-oil every 3–4 weeks—or whenever the surface appears dry—to prevent cracking.
- Avoid dishwashers, harsh chemicals or prolonged standing water.
- Lightly sand with fine-grit paper, then re-oil to refresh a well-used surface.
Proper seasoning keeps the surface sanitary, resists moisture penetration and extends the life of your block.
