John Boos crafts each unit from heavy-duty 16-gauge, type 300 stainless steel, then TIG welds and polishes it to a smooth #4 satin finish that looks as good as it performs.

Care & maintenance
- Clean daily with non-chloride, non-abrasive cleaners such as Bar Keepers Friend.
- Always wipe and polish in the direction of the grain to preserve the #4 finish.
- Avoid steel wool, wire brushes and harsh chlorinated cleaners that can compromise the protective film.
- For stubborn stains or surface corrosion, use the John Boos Stainless Steel Care Kit and follow the included instructions.
