Engineered for rugged daily use in the busiest commercial kitchens, the John Boos M-1 galvanized cutting table pairs a knife-friendly, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top with a rock-solid galvanized base. Its generous 60 × 30 inch footprint delivers plentiful prep real estate, while the 6 inch detachable backsplash keeps ingredients, tools and sanitizing solutions right where they belong.
