Engineered for demanding prep lines, this John Boos M-1 Series cutting table pairs a knife-friendly ¾" high-density polyethylene work surface with a rugged galvanized base and a removable 6" stainless steel backsplash. Shipped knocked-down for cost-effective freight, it assembles quickly and levels out easily on adjustable bullet feet—ready to handle your busiest shifts from day one.

Care & Cleaning Tips

  • Wash poly surface with mild soap & warm water; sanitize with a non-chloride solution.
  • Wipe backsplash along the grain using a soft cloth—avoid bleach and abrasive pads.
  • Periodically clean threads on bullet feet to maintain smooth height adjustment.
