Care & Maintenance

  • Clean the HDPE surface with mild detergent or NSF-approved sanitizer; avoid abrasive pads.
  • Wipe the stainless backsplash in the direction of its polish lines using a non-chloride stainless cleanser; rinse & dry.
  • Flip the reversible top periodically to maintain a smooth cutting surface.
Important: Do not expose the poly top to open flame or place cookware hotter than 180 °F directly on the surface.
