Built for high-volume prep lines, butcher shops and institutional kitchens, the John Boos M-1 Cutting Table pairs a reversible HDPE work surface with a rugged galvanized under-structure and a removable 6-inch stainless steel backsplash for the perfect blend of sanitation, durability and value.
