Engineered for high-volume prep rooms, butcher shops, and commercial kitchens, this 60 in. John Boos cutting table combines a food-safe, reversible HDPE surface with a rugged galvanized steel base and a removable stainless backsplash. The result is a workstation that is tough on production demands yet effortless to clean and maintain.

  • 3/4 in. thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) work surface is reversible, knife-friendly, and NSF compliant.
  • One-piece cutting board lifts out quickly—no tools required—for deep cleaning or replacement.
  • 6 in. high Type 300 stainless steel backsplash (removable) protects walls and prevents product loss.
  • 1 5/8 in. Ø 16-ga galvanized legs with 1 1/4 in. Ø adjustable tubular side & rear bracing for rock-solid stability.
  • 1 1/2 in. square 18-ga galvanized apron; MIG-welded clips secure the top without exposed fasteners.
  • 1 in. adjustable galvanized bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.

Care & Maintenance

Remove the poly board and wash with mild detergent; rinse and air-dry before reinserting. Wipe stainless backsplash and galvanized base with a non-chloride cleanser and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads or bleach to preserve the protective finish.
