Built for high-volume prep and relentless daily use, the John Boos M-1 Cutting Table combines a sanitary, knife-friendly poly work surface with the strength of a fully welded galvanized frame. Perfect for butcher shops, commissaries, seafood stations and institutional kitchens where NSF compliance is a must.

  • Clean metal components with a soft cloth and non-chloride cleaner such as Bar Keepers Friend; rinse and wipe dry.
  • Avoid abrasive pads, wire brushes or bleach to preserve the protective passive film on stainless surfaces.
Ships Knocked-Down: All hardware and illustrated instructions are included. Two people recommended for safest assembly.
