Built for production-level prep areas, this 10-foot John Boos cutting table delivers a hygienic, knife-friendly surface and the heavy-duty stability required by butcher shops, delis, seafood houses and commissary kitchens. The removable 3/4" high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top resists moisture, odors and stains, while the MIG-welded galvanized steel under-structure shrugs off daily wash-downs.
